ENJOYING YOUR ENVIRONMENTS

With discontentment everywhere in our world, improving the spaces where you work, live, and play can only be a good thing. The environments around us set the backdrop for business, pleasure, efficiency, creativity, wealth, power, and energy, just to name a few. We are humans so we are influenced by the energy and colors in our presence. We assign value to all sorts of things, and we can't help but be impacted by their positive or negative vibrations. So have fun with your spaces. Understand why we improve our homes. Be glad for the inspiration to add more beauty to the world.

  1. As we reclaim the cluttered, unfinished portion of our basement storage room, I feel real joy associated with every box of stuff we agree is ready to leave the house. Recycling day leaves me rejoicing. And the thrill of Kilz! Kilz paint, that is. With every cinder block I repaint I feel as if I am re-establishing control over a part of the house that had gotten so out of control that a major all-out-battle is required to make it function again. Thanks for being our inspiration. ~~ck

  2. Carol K - I don't have the answer to how your comments could appear from anyone other than Carol, even tho you aren't me. I will play with it from someone elses account.

I'm happy for your liberation and I'm wondering if a small victory ceremony is in order when the bulk of the project is completed. It's interesting to note how we change with time- our needs, our tolerence level, our aesthetic. I even like different paint color on my walls today than I did years ago. I'd rather watch growth in that direction than the creep of unresolved material goods!! The brain is a fascinating thing.
